How PrepGraph goes live in a school
Six stages, from the discovery call to the whole school on the same terms.
The six stages

Discovery
We walk your board and your class groups with you and set the tutor’s scope to what your teachers are teaching this term. No content migration.
- 02
Class-group setup and roster upload
Your roster is uploaded and organised into class groups, each with its teachers — one campus at a time, or the whole school at once.
- 03
Teacher onboarding
A walkthrough of the morning class card, class logs, assignments and homework; the Academy cohort runs alongside where the school has scheduled it.
- 04
Student launch with printed login cards
Cards are minted and printed from the portal; each child scans in with any phone and types a short PIN.
- 05
Monitoring and intervention
Teachers work from the morning class card; parents get the Monday email once the school switches it on; you see activation and usage every week.

Review and expansion
The next grade, the next campus or the whole school on the same terms.
